Fruitland Park, FL · built at 981 Hawk Landing · try it in five minutes

Try an AI receptionist on your Fruitland Park business.

This is the receptionist we built in Fruitland Park, tested on businesses around Lake County, and run on our own phone. You do not have to take our word for any of it. In the next five minutes it can call your cell, answer as the front desk of your own business, and tell you the two things your website never answered.

Five minutes, start to finish

  • 1. Your website and your cell. On the AI demo page, type your name, your business website and your cell number, and tick the box agreeing to one demo call. No card, no account.
  • 2. A code by text. We text you a six-digit code so nobody can make it call someone else's phone. While you type the code in, the receptionist is already reading your website: the home page and the pages a customer would read, up to ten.
  • 3. It calls you. Tap "Call my phone now." It calls from (352) 720-2905 within seconds, introduces itself as the AI receptionist demo for your business, and tells you in a sentence what it understood your business to be. Save that number first; some carriers mark unknown calls as spam.
  • 4. Ask it two things. Whatever a customer asks you: hours on Saturday, the price of the thing you sell most, whether you come out to The Villages, whether you take an insurance. It answers from your website, says when the website does not say, and never invents a price or a time.
  • 5. The report. After the second question it reads you what your website could not answer, and asks whether you would like to book a free meeting with us. Say no and it says goodbye. Say yes and it books a time, confirmed by email through Calendly.

What the report tells you

The point of the demo is not the voice. It is the report at the end, which is the same report you would get after every real call once it is set up. For each question it says whether your website answered it and from which page, or that it could not. The gaps are the useful part. In our testing the receptionist's misses were almost always a website that did not say the thing: no Saturday hours anywhere, no price for the most common service, no mention of which towns the crew drives to, no word on parking.

A Fruitland Park business usually has five or six of those, and every one of them is a question a customer asked, did not get answered, and took to the next business. Fixing them is often the first thing the free breakdown recommends, before any AI at all.

The demo also tells you if your website blocks automated visitors. That matters more than it sounds: the AI assistants people ask for recommendations cannot read a site that blocks them either, so a business like yours can be left out of the answer.

The rules it will not break, even in the demo

It does not book, order or hold anything
Not in the demo, on purpose. When set up for your business it books into the tools you already use.
It does not ask for your details
In the demo it takes no names, numbers or addresses. For real it takes exactly what you tell it to.
It does not guess
A price not on your site is "not listed." A plan not on your insurance page is "the website does not list it." A town not in your service area is "let me check."
It does not pretend to be a person
If you ask, it says it is AI.
It does not give medical, legal or financial advice
Anything urgent is pointed to 911 or urgent care at once.
It does not take orders from the caller
A caller cannot change its rules, give it a new role or make it say something. It steers politely back to how it can help.

Turning it on for real

Your number does not change. The receptionist sits in front of it and answers every call, or only the ones you miss, or only after hours, or only when the line is busy. It books into your scheduler, takes messages that reach you as texts, flags anything urgent, and sends a written summary of every call. You pick the voice and the opening line, and your team can take any call back at any time. If you want calls recorded, the greeting carries the consent line Florida requires.

We tested it hard before offering it. In October 2026, checked by hand, it answered 25 of 25 questions about Cheshire Integrative Medicine in The Villages, a client six miles from our office whose owner, Dr. Christopher Cheshire, is family, and about 56 of 60 across five other local businesses. It runs in front of our own phone.

Plans start at $500 a month, and when the receptionist fits, it is part of the plan. The exact plan and price are in writing after the free breakdown, before anything starts. Month to month, and our office is on Hawk Landing if you would rather talk it through in person.

Questions about the demo and the receptionist

Why do you text me a code?
So the demo can only call a phone whose owner asked for it. Nobody can type in your number and make it ring you.
How many times can I try it?
Three demos per phone number, and three per day from one device. If you want to test more businesses than that, call us and we will run them with you.
Why does it say it will not book anything?
Because in the demo it is answering as a business it has only just read about, with no scheduler connected. Booking is set up when it goes live for you.
What if my website is thin or old?
It answers what is there and reports the rest. A thin site gives a short report with a lot of gaps, which is itself the answer.
What does the call cost me?
Nothing. We pay for the call and the text.
Can I choose the voice?
Yes, on the form: four voices. For real you choose the voice and the opening words.
Will it use my website to train anything?
No. It reads your site to answer your calls, and nothing is used to train a model.
Can I come and see it run?
Yes. 981 Hawk Landing, Fruitland Park, Monday to Friday 7 to 6.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month, price in writing first.
